The stock and butt are inlaid with fine silver wire depicting weapons and a crown. Between the barrels is the name "Canon Gorou," which, along with other decorations, is gilded. Hallmarks are stamped on the left and right sides of the barrel. A leather-covered butt rest is located above the butt.
