Return policy: Please order with confidence. All items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs, provided they are in the same condition as when received. Should you ever wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you contact us before despatching the item. We would like to know the reason for returning an item.
Our aim is for you to be happy with your purchases and we want to know if you have been disappointed. All details associated with the items listed on this website are approximate descriptions relating to style and construction methods. Each item is described as carefully as possible and we endeavour to describe any major defects, repairs or replaced parts of which we are aware, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. For this reason, we offer a 10-day return policy. We realise that, like all dealers or collectors, we may make errors in the valuation of certain items. Please note that for most auctions there is no right of cancellation and you are 100% responsible.
Shipping: All shipments are sent via the most convenient carrier and are insured by the same carrier where possible. We use FedEx Ground for most domestic shipments, the cost of which is included in our quoted prices. If insurance is limited or unavailable, we will endeavour to inform you. We take great care to pack all shipments carefully to ensure safe delivery. Special packing or shipping arrangements can be made upon request, with costs charged to the customer. Claims for damages must be made directly to the carrier. We assume no liability if the carrier or insurance company does not fully reimburse the cost of repair or replacement.
Prices: After careful review of other retailers' catalogues and websites, we believe that our prices are generally at or below those of other retailers. However, it should be noted that our prices are not fixed. Should we be able to achieve a particularly favourable price for an item, we will be happy to pass this saving on to our customers.
