Bronze sculpture with a dark patina, depicting a pair of pheasants in a calm, naturalistic composition on an oval base. The finely modeled forms and subtly rendered plumage create a sense of refined unity. A characteristic example of early 20th-century German animal sculpture, circa 1920/30.
